   I have been using the China Buyer app for a few months now and I have been very impressed with it. It makes it much easier for me to buy products from China, even though I do not speak Chinese. The app also makes it easy for me to pay for my purchases. I can use a credit card or PayPal and the app converts the price to my currency. Shipping is also very fast and reasonably priced. I have been very happy with the quality of the products I have purchased through the app. I have never received a damaged or wrong item. The app also has an excellent customer service team who are always happy to help. Overall, I would highly recommend using the China Buyer app for anyone who wants to buy products from China. It is a great way to save money and buy a wider variety of products.

   I’ve been using AllChinaBuy to manage shipments from my suppliers to my warehouse in China before forwarding to the U.S., and it’s been a solid experience. The interface is straightforward, the warehouse updates are timely, and customer support actually responds when I have questions about processing or tracking. It takes a bit of patience with international shipping delays, but once you get used to the flow, it’s efficient and helps me keep everything in one place. Perfect for small business owners or resellers looking for a centralized logistics system.

3. 2/5Unfair Shipping Prices Compared to competitors

   I’ve completed over 40 hauls using various agents over the past few years. This was, by far, the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I shipped roughly 5 kg of lightweight clothing in mid-January. The package was small (around a 1-foot cube) and low volume. The standard shipping options shown were extremely high, which effectively pushed me into using “Shipping Expert” as the only viable choice. Shipping Expert then provided a single option priced around $200. There was no breakdown, no carrier transparency, and no alternative routes presented. Despite paying what I would consider premium-tier shipping pricing, the package was routed through a budget last-mile carrier (UniUni). Total delivery time was approximately 43 days. The parcel sat in Dallas for nearly three weeks with no movement. Support responses were generic and unhelpful. For a small 5 kg package, $200 for slow, opaque routing is simply not acceptable. I have never paid this much for such a light shipment, and I have never experienced this level of delay combined with such limited transparency. What concerns me most is the lack of clarity: • Why were the initial shipping quotes so inflated? • Why was only one route offered through Shipping Expert? • Why was a high shipping fee paired with a budget delivery carrier? • Why was there no transparency about routing before payment? After over 40 hauls with different agents, I can confidently say this was the most expensive and least transparent shipping experience I’ve had. I will not be using this agent again. If you value transparent pricing and clear shipping options, proceed carefully.

   Everything I ordered was on point with quality but the only problem with ordering is that shipping is too expensive. if you buy sneakers for, let's say $50, you have to pay an additional $40 for the shipping, which is almost 200% more than the original price. Is there a quantity option to order items for a smaller shipping fee?

   The first time i used all china buy everything went smoothly for the most part but this time was much different. The extra fees after ordering are horrible and many of the items take forever to ship. Then when it comes to shipping i used the shipping expert and it still ended up being $200+ which was way more than what i even paid for the products. i’m experienced in buying stuff from china and i understand the shipping but this was crazy. But it doesn’t end with that, i wake up to a $60 ups fee that i have to pay. if i spend money on the shipping expert i would hope to avoid things like this. this will definitely be my last time using all china buy and i would recommend using a different agent.
