"body": "I’ve used this app for work for the last 9 years. I’d like to give it 5 stars but for the poor customer support. During the recent Notam problem, I sent 4 requests for some feedback/info concerning the extremely slow downloading of the SIA France Notams. There were occasions that I could not download the Notams at all, and had to resort to sourcing them on the internet. I can understand that there will be problems particularly with iOS updates, but I still expect at least an acknowledgement from customer support regarding my concerns. This never happened. At least the latest update solved the problem. Wake up customer support. We have other options and choices if you’re overwhelmed by too many customers. We paid for this service.",
