"body": "I was sceptical about all the recent reviews saying people cannot log in. Well, it's true. App sends you to your browser to log in and you get an error asking you to contact customer support. On top of this, you get to try the login only after you have been bombarded by a number of notifications: do you want to get notified for updates for your flight, sign up for the newsletter, rate this app,.... The app spent less than 5 minutes on my phone. Edit: received a generic copy/paste reply. 🤨",

"body": "Terrible this airline is going down, 12 hours flight without any entertainment, same horrible food in premium class than economy, the attendants only speak French in an international flight, ...Now I made the mistake to book again with this overrated airline and the app doesn't give me the option for an upgrade on my flight back, I pay for seats and after a couple of weeks the app doesn't show my seats anymore, I ask for assistance and they put me in a queue for 3 days ... 3 DAYS! I'm kidding!",
