   I was very impressed with this app and their website. Everything actually works and you can find things where you expect them to be. Compared with Emirates, Etihad (which is a giant mess) and Fly Dubai (don’t even get me started on that one), this app and website actually worked without bugs or weird price calculations.

   لا تقم بالحجز مطلقا من الموقع الالكتروني او من التطبيق ، هذه الشركة تقوم بعمل حجوزات وهمية بأسعار منافسة جدا ، وعندما يراها المستخدمون ينخدعون بالاسعار الموجودة على التطبيقات المختلفة مثل ويجو او المسافر او اي تطبيق للحجز ، بعد الحجز والدفع وخلال يومين تأتيك رسالة على الايميل بالغاء الحجز ، والمبلغ الذي دفعته لايمكن استرداده لحسابك البنكي وانما يقومون بحفظ المبلغ عندهم في قسيمة طيران يمكن استخدامها خلال سنه واذا لم تستخدمها تذهب اموالك سدى .. نصحية : ادفع 100$ زياده واحجز في شركة طيران حكومية افضل لكي تضمن حجزك . لا يوجد دعم فني للشركة . ارقام الاتصال لديهم يجعلونك مع المجيب الآلي في مكالمة قد تصل الى ساعتين . ( تكلفة ضخمه ) اغلب مكاتبهم حول العالم مغلقة . Do not book at all from the website or from the application, this company makes fake reservations at very competitive prices, and when users see it they are deceived by the prices on different applications such as Wego or the traveler or any application for reservation, after booking and payment and within two days a message comes to you to cancel the reservation And, the amount that you paid cannot be refunded to your bank account but rather they save the amount with them in an airline voucher that can be used within a year and if you do not use it your money is in vain .. advice: pay $ 100 extra and book at a better government airline to guarantee your reservation. There is no technical support for the company. Their contact numbers make you with the answering machine in a call of up to two hours. (Huge cost) Most of their offices around the world are closed.

   DO NOT FLY AIR ARABIA. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND HARASSMENT. I have flown over 50 times and hold Silver status with EgyptAir; I have never in my life experienced the level of unprofessionalism, humiliation, and outright blackmail that I faced at Cairo Terminal 1 with Air Arabia. I was booked on flight G9621 (Cairo to Sharjah) on April 16, 2026. What should have been a standard check-in turned into a nightmare caused by a supervisor named Ahmed. This individual is a disgrace to the airline industry. He: • Humiliated me publicly, shouting in front of the entire staff and a crowd of passengers. • Blackmailed and threatened me, stating he would bar me from boarding and ordered staff to pull my checked luggage off the plane—all over a slight weight discrepancy in my carry-on that was not clearly stated on the ticket. • Extorted 6,330 EGP from me at the last minute, using my flight as leverage to force payment. Ahmed’s behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and predatory. He delayed my boarding to the point where I almost missed the flight, all while maintaining a threatening and abusive tone. If you value your peace of mind and dignity, avoid Air Arabia at all costs. They employ power-tripping supervisors who treat loyal travelers like criminals. This was my first and absolutely my last time flying with this low-tier airline. Save yourself the stress—book with anyone else.

   I have booked a flight ticket, my flight was from Bangladesh to Dhaka with a transit through Jeddah via SHJ Dubai. But the flight from Bangladesh left 3 hours late. I wasn't late, the Air Arabia flight left late. Now I've landed at the Dubai airport, but when I arrived, I saw that my Sahoj Jeddah flight had already departed. Now, what should I do? I have two women with me, one of whom is very old. My grandfather has been fasting all day. Now he is in Siam. Please do something for me. They saying they not get any massage still waiting 12 hours.

   My flight has been impacted duo to war zone on the 13 of June , contacted air Arabia they said will give you credit voucher so you can use it on your next booking during one year .from the day of payment , unfortunately they are treating me as I canceled the flight and didn’t refund or added credit voucher full amount to my account even not answering properly to my emails !! all other flights refunded the clients fly Dubai Qatar airways except air Arabia !!! Totally disrespectful company.

   worst service flight timing was 10.30pm was delayed for more than 1.30 minutes without proper prior notice or clear communication at the airport. This unexpected delay caused inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. worst worst experience

   During the information-filling process, there is an option to select the payment currency, such as INR. However, at the final payment stage, only USD and AED are available. It would be very helpful if INR payment through GPay or PhonePe were also available. This would make the payment process much easier and more convenient for users in India. Shukran
