   This is the first AI app I’ve downloaded and used. I got it to make cute AI clips of the grands, and it’s quick and easy and turn out well… for the most part. Took me a few days to figure out how to get my daily 100 credits… on the M/F templates I can’t tell if we’re supposed to upload a male or female photo… and it seems like 90% of the templates are mature themed or definitely “adult” which was unexpected, but overall it’s fun and before long you’ll need more credits. I probably won’t renew but will enjoy for the remainder of my one year membership.

   I thought graphics are great , however, every single time I have entered in extremely descriptive prompts it never gives the correct end product that I thoroughly described. I used this prompts with an uploaded image of the actual product: black ink and white ink pouring downward, before inks touch down they transform into black and white plumes like smoke swirling upward forming a matte black concrete vessel in the shape of the yin-yang symbol with black wax that has a lit candle wick on one side and white wax with a lit candle wick on one side, dark background, cinematic macro shot on cinema camera, slow fluid motion, dramatic product reveal, minimalist high-end luxury product commercial aesthetic, ultra realistic textures textures, shallow depth of field. And it gave me a white ending product and not the matte black i described. This has happened so many times with several different prompts so i end up wasting so many dang credits and nothing to show for it! I cant use those videos its not my product or matte black! Im so upset.

   Overall I’ve had this for several days. I’ve tried creating some videos and it’s not that good. My head was added to audience rather then the main character in some videos and in another my image and face could not be seen. Images and videos are really short 9-10 seconds. Then there’s not enough credits so you have to buy more just after two videos. Basically I have to buy 3700 more credits to create more videos for a subscription of a service which is basically useless now . Not worth it and not happy. And this is coming from someone who uses ai all day long. Honestly just not a good product for the money. So many other products out there that if your gonna spend the money, do it for a real ai video generator

4. 1/5Feel like I got scammed with this app

   The app never worked for me. Several times when I tried to have it generate videos for me the video would start generating and then get stuck at 99% only to eventually say there’s been an error please try again. Every time I retried to have it generate a video it did it. It did it every time I tried to generate other videos too. Worst of all, only after an hour of downloading this app and subscribing, because the app didn’t work I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. My refund was denied, stating this app is non-refundable, even though I explained the app didn’t work. So basically they took my $10 and I got nothing for it and they won’t refund my money. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

5. 4/5Customer service doesn’t respond . I lost over 400 coins from app not generating vid and no refund

   I contacted Customer service over 2 weeks ago after over 4 of my videos were never generated but my coins were used and not refunded. Very aggravating and disappointing!! I enjoyed the app when it worked but to not get refunded and not have customer service respond to me is not right.
