5/5Read this before you complain. Veo 3 works if you know how to use it
Ok so I read loads of reviews complaining and just wanted to clarify things. The generated videos are amazing. If you’re not getting the kind of video you want, you’re probably not entering the right prompt. My prompts are usually more than 3 paragraphs and every single time Veo 3 has given me incredible results. I really suggest writing a super detailed prompt, and don’t forget to check out the app’s prompt guide and tips section, it helps a lot. Believe me, if you write the right prompt, you’ll get amazing results too.

1/5Total scam and I’ll be taking action against this company
This is the worst AI video app I have ever paid for. I subscribed for $9.99, received 65 credits, and used them to generate just two videos. Both were completely unusable. The AI generated videos with unreadable, nonsensical text instead of actual words. It completely failed to follow the prompt and produced results that were worthless. What is even more unacceptable is that the app still deducted my credits despite the AI completely failing. There is no option to reject a failed generation, no quality review, no way to regenerate without paying again, and no protection whatsoever for paying customers. You lose your credits whether the AI succeeds or fails. Even worse, I could not find any meaningful customer support or refund process to resolve the issue. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory authorities, including the Florida Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Protection Division, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Apple. In my opinion, charging customers for AI generations that are objectively unusable while providing no practical mechanism to dispute failed generations or recover paid credits is an unfair business practice. Save your money. There are far better AI video generators that actually work, produce readable results, and don’t charge customers for broken AI outputs.

5/5Game changer for content creation
I’ve tried several other so video apps but this one truly stands out. A a content creator on tiktok with limited editing experience, I was blown away by how quickly it turns scripts into cinematic quality videos. If you’re a content creator or marketer looking to level up your content without spending more hours editing, this app is totally worth it!!!

I have tried all different types of prompts I even used the example prompts word by work and the app keep popping up a msg saying my prompt is flagged and can’t create the video. I will be filling a complaint with apple also as I think this app is just getting $ up front before a sample and then not working. Update: the developer responded that I try to prompt sexual or violent content which is absolutely false. I copy and paste the exact prompts from their app from the gorilla clips several of them and they didn’t work. This is scam and all their reviews that are good and some how they have all these stars is due to fake AI reviews. Go though and reed the negative reviews you’ll see they call it a scam and I’m sure the developers are using the same reaping of sexual violent bs.

1/5Extremely confusing and wasteful experience.
I was really excited to try Make AI Veo 3 because the video quality and promise of cinematic AI generation looked amazing. But the actual user experience was incredibly frustrating and misleading. I ended up burning through all my credits just entering prompts! without realizing that each prompt submission was already charging me, even if I didn’t generate a final video!! There’s no clear warning, no confirmation step, and no obvious feedback that a video is being processed. I thought the app wasn’t working, so I tried again… and again… until all my credits were gone and I had nothing to show for it. This is not beginner-friendly, and it feels like a trap for users who are just trying to learn the system. There should be clear labeling, confirmation dialogs, and a real chance to preview or retry without being punished. Until the interface is fixed and better safeguards are in place, I can’t recommend this at all. If you value your credits or time, stay far away or prepare to be disappointed.
