1. 5/5Good but a small flaw

   This is a very good app it’s probably the best ai song app I’ve ever found that doesn’t make you pay, which is very nice and it makes the app even better! But sometimes when I try to make a song it will keep saying retry no matter how many times I’ve clicked it or how many times I’ve redone the song or wrote it again it just won’t work for a lot of songs. Is it just after a certain point that the song becomes unavailable to make if there’s to many words? I’d like that fixed please if you are able to fix it. Because I’ve tried so many times for some of the songs I’ve been trying to make and it never works and I spend a lot of time on those songs, wether actually making them or trying to get them to actually work, so if you could fix this i will greatly appreciate it.

2. 1/5Bad app now!!!!!

   This app used to be great. So, for starters, it was completely free. Ton of features, great UI/UX, no issues whatsoever—completely free. I’m not against developers getting paid. I am, however, against developers being greedy and developers locking features behind a subscription when said features were previously free. If you choose to create a subscription, then it should include entirely new features that warrant someone paying extra. Locking away features that were previously free is just a scummy practice. This combined with the opening screen that tries to trick people into subscribing by making it appear as though you have to sign up to use the app is just plain wrong. Scummy/scammy and unethical behavior. The developer consistently defends his choice by saying that they’ve added a ton of features. That’s technically true, but the problem is that the features aren’t useful. Additionally, since the new features were implemented, the app now freezes, glitches, and crashes fairly frequently. Not exactly worth the $50/year price tag… I paid for Pro back in the day because the app was great and I felt the devs deserved it. Can’t say I feel that way anymore.

3. 4/5Maybe make it longer?

   The app is pretty good and it does great, nothing like I was originally expecting from a AI Song making app, but there are 2 things I do wanna address, 1: the songs seem to only last about 2 minutes and plus a few seconds, I would love to make a long song that would last 3 or more minutes, but it won’t let me, 2: it would be very nice if it were to add a few more other music styles like horror or orchestra stuff and all, but besides these two things I have, it is over a good app and y’all should keep up the good work and add more stuff to it!

4. 1/5Frustrating.

   I read a lot of recent reviews to confirm that I’m not the only one. This app used to be amazing! I had so much fun with, mostly just seeing what ridiculous things I could get it to sing. Now I dunno what happened. It won’t generate songs, just gets stuck in a loop of “retry” or “something went wrong” then in the 2/10 times it does work it only generates the first 2 lines of the song and ignores the rest. Now it wants me to pay which it never did before. I was fine paying for it honestly. 5 bucks a week for a lot of entertainment was worth it so I upgraded and actually was excited since it claimed you’d get faster song generations after upgrading. So I did. And the issues not only persisted, but seems like they got worse. I can’t get it to make anything now. It was fun while it lasted but I’m gonna try something else and cancel the subscription. Hope you guys can fix it and make it as good as it was, because making it worse after switching to a paid model when the free version was better is ridiculous.

   After the last update this app is trash. It has constant generation problems. Will update review when they get this fixed. - Songs get clipped to 1min and have the audio replaced with a message to visit the real SUNO website or app. - In lyric mode, not all lyrics are accepted. Clips all text past 10 lines. - In lyric mode, it doesn’t matter what genre of music you select, the app just gives you a random beat that’s usually unrelated. - You can no longer choose male or female voice per verse. No matter what, the app just assigns what it wants or adds a weird, scratchy hybrid option. - Constantly makes you refresh and restart the app and song. - volume level of produced songs is very low. - when songs do complete, you’ll randomly get 4min long songs that have 10-30 seconds of dead air and then it appears to have a new generation of the song appended to the end. - While you’re fixing these things, it would be nice to have documentation somewhere that shows us what options we can add to enhance the song. For example: adding “male” or “female” allows us to change the singer’s gender. Makes me wonder what other secret tricks we may be missing out on.
