"body": "I signed up for premium and there’s no options at all on the app for any of the listed features, and ok the web app it keeps telling me to sign up for premium. I contacted support and i kept going round and round with them but they kept repeating the same fix despite me saying multiple times that i can’t do the fix because the option they want me to click simply does not exist.",
