1. 5/5Love your app but need help

   I bought the pro version of AI. It was working before but now it seems to have stopped working. I’m not getting any credits. I can’t make any videos. I was supposed to be getting 150 daily credit so I can make videos and I haven’t been able to make videos in the last three or four months. I would like to get my account to where I am able to use them and I would like to get the credits back on there or the months back that I was not able to use. I am emailing you from different email than my Apple account. I have provided the information needed if you can text me back that would be better as I am not always checking this email. My father has just passed away and I was wanting to make some videos for my siblings of him and I cannot, which is very unfortunate considering I paid for the pro version and now all of a sudden I can’t use it. Can someone please help me get this back on ASAP thank you. Please contact me as my fathers funeral is this Friday Apple support said all they could do was issue refund but I want the app. I emailed and Tik tok message. Also the Apple support told me to try to delete app and reinstall and all my pictures and video I made previously are gone. 😭😭😭

   I’m updating my review to remove a star. It seems the one-step restore has recently become much worse, completely replacing the faces of those in the picture, and altering the expression, when the face just needing sharpening. Original review: Overall, I am really enjoying this app. It is a little hit and miss as to whether I like the animations. In one, the animation had the person immediately bend down to a puppy and her face (which was front-facing and clear in the photo) was not visible in the animation after the first frame. In another, the animation’s similarity to how the actual person smiled was great. Overall, the photo restore has produced better results than the animation. One annoying feature is random writing that has appeared a few times when restoring a photo, similar to a studio’s signature, though one time writing appeared in a window in the interior of the photo. This script text is either in another language or random letters (hard to read). This seems to be a glitch because if I redo the photo, the writing isn’t there, but that costs me more credits. I agree with others that I wish there was some partial/full return of credits if an undesirable result is produced, especially in an animation due to the higher credit cost. Perhaps it could be watermarked for a preview and then credits charged when saved? Are you working to correct the writing appearing in images?

3. 5/5Initially I wasn't happy. Now I'm ESTATIC!

   As a videographer I purchased this as a quick way to add assets to projects that have a tight deadline. I uploaded a photo of my family to restore when we were children and the results where clear but it didn't look like us. The original photo was blurry. Then I uploaded a photo to video. That was better. Then I did another one and it added a woman in front of us. That I don't understand. I just purchased it today, June 19, 2025. I'll try it for a few days. I wanted to get the Pro+ but for some reason the purchase wouldn't go through. I tried it for a few days and now I'm totally blown away. This app took several photos that I had ands absolutely brought them to life. Working on a film for my brother in law's 80th birthday and the family will be floored by what they see. Thanks for this. I can use this on major productions. I'd love to get the Pro+.

4. 1/5Money pit SCAM!

   I purchased an annual membership to find out that it was only the price of admission and access to the app for a year with a handful of credits to start me off with. Users are forced to spend more money and buy credits to be able to use the app they just purchased!! There are non-stop ads in the app forcing you to buy more and more credits so you can use the app you just purchased!!! I used the little credit they start you off with (about 300 credits) to make a video. As a person new to the app and first time making a video, I tried to explore thinking I have 300 credits and I can make many videos, NOPE!!! There is no explanation as to how many credit will be used for making a video or photo. So I tried to make a video as practice thinking I have 300 credits. I was able to make only one video and even that came out poorly. The video looked nothing like the photo I uploaded. From then on the app is useless unless you purchase more credits. They do give you a tiny bit of free credit for signing in to the app everyday, but need a week’s worth of signing in just to be able to make one video.

5. 5/5WHAT HAPPENED?

   This is an excellent app. However, I’m paying for yearly (12 pics / day) and it’s only giving me 5. What changed? When I subscribed, everything was fine. I just checked and it still shows yearly. There should be a direct email related to payment issues. Also, the app does seem to understand “no” and “not”. I had a person in a vintage photo (family member). I chose “photo to video”, which I always do. I told it that I just wanted head movement and nothing else. I said the hands should not move, and remain in place. It ended up giving me a perfect picture, but she picked up some object out of nowhere. I waste a lot of points trying to have it not do something, random people popping up out of nowhere. Phenomenal app, but those are real issues that should be addressed. So many point are being wasted.
