"body": "Mình đặt đơn 4h lúc 2h chiều. Báo dự kiến lấy đơn trễ nhất 4h. Mình thấy trễ quá chưa nhận đơn nên mình có nhắn shipper thì ship kêu là chờ 1 chút. Tới 5h 45ph chiều nhắn support hổ trợ thì bên support kêu là 4h là 18h48 mới tính là trễ . 17h thì app báo huỷ đơn. Tài xế nhá máy gọi lại không được và huỷ luôn. Mình báo lên app thì kêu thông cảm xin lỗi. Nhắm không nhận được đơn thì khi khách báo hỗ trợ nói 1 tiếng để người ta book bên khác. Đặt đơn 4h mà ko app cái mã giảm giá nào còn bị như vậy.",
