"body": "Installed this app when checking into a Wakeup hotel in Copenhagen. It worked for unlocking the room but not for unlocking the elevator, nor for gaining access to the restrooms on the second floor adjacent to the restaurant. Reported this to someone at the front desk, she acknowledged there were problems with the system and gave us a physical card, which did work were it should. This app is clearly not ready for prime time and should be avoided.",
