2/5Appp not working properly
I bought this app, which is quite pricey because it was suggested to me by a friend to pass the Aemt nremt test. The real allure to the app was the fact that it had audio rationale from one of the people involved in making the nremt test. The audio doesn't work at all, I've downloaded it multiple times and it just isn't working and without it this app is just another quiz app that I could have bought for free or less money at least. I'm very disappointed to say the least and if and when this issue is fixed I will change my review.

3/5Not nearly as good as EMT Pass
I bought this app after having really good success with EMT Pass helping me study for my basic National Registry test. The AEMT version has far fewer questions. I really appreciate how both apps not only give you the right answer but tell you why it is right. That being said the AEMT version had longer explanations but some of them lacked the clarity of the EMT version. While I only gave this 3 stars I did find it helpful. Once I was getting 90’s on the review sections I took my first exam. I got a failing grade but while reviewing the questions I missed I took 2 pages of notes on topics for focused study. Once I felt comfortable with my weak areas I took exam 2. I failed it as well but had more material for focused study. After that study session I challenged my NR cognitive test and passed. For my basic exam I pretty much only used EMT Pass to study the last 2 weeks before testing. In summary I found the app useful but unlike the Basic app I don’t think I would have passed, only using the app. It was helpful as part of a broader study strategy.

4/5If the NREMT is this in depth, I’m failing. (still helped me pass)
A good amount of these questions make me feel like a moron. The rationale makes sense but the priority does not. My teacher recommended this app. I passed my A course at 93% and I can’t even get a 60% with the review questions. This hurts my confidence going into the NREMT. Thank you for responding. I passed my test. The questions on this app are really challenging and have a lot of depth with the reasoning behind their answers. Looking back this was helpful. Was also quite stressful in the moment, believing the questions would be just like the exam. I’d use this app as a challenger to raise a standard of testing for yourself. The rationale is not condescending, it’s just more in depth from what we learned in school. Good luck everyone.

1/5Bleh, rationale
I got this app to prepare for my nremt. I took my advanced fresh out of the EMT CLASS. So basically, I was at the peek of knowing my book information. This app’s main allure was that it had a rationale done by one of the people who makes the test questions. If that’s the case, I seriously hope they reconsider who they have on their board. His “rationale” is that it’s right because he said it’s right, and if it’s wrong it’s because you’re stupid. Absolutely no actual room to learn, mostly some egotistical dude telling you why he’s smarter. Really, the only thing this app did for me is make me reaaaalllyyy think about how I was going to answer something because his logic behind things is extremely convoluted. Honestly I wish I could write a personal grievance letter to this dude because I spent $20 for absolute trash.

5/5Worked Well!
I spent a few hours in this app after passing my AEMT class. I started off getting a lot of questions wrong. But the rationales helped and made sense. I had a couple questions on the NREMT exam that were similar and I know I got them right because of this app. I didn’t see any wrong answers in here like others were complaining about. It helped me pass on my first try.
