Big update. New camera and editor features, plus fixes throughout. Open LUT. Every filter now becomes a fully-editable preset. Tap a film and the editor sliders physically move to reflect the look — see exactly what the filter is doing, then tweak from there. A small tick mark on each slider marks the filter's value; tap reset to snap back, long-press to clear to zero. Works for both built-in films and your imported .cube LUTs (values are estimated from the cube for imports). Smart LUT. Tap Generate in the filter strip and Acetate's on-device AI writes a per-photo recipe tuned to your scene — Portrait, Landscape, Food, Night, Golden Hour, Architecture, Nature, or a subtle fallback. Regenerate for a different take. Save as a reusable filter via the existing Save flow. 10 new Artistic Looks alongside the film emulations: Dusk, Cinematic, Pastel, Vivid Punch, Faded, Teal & Orange, Bleach Bypass, Moody Night, Golden Hour, High Key. Each ships with hand-tuned slider values so Open LUT lights up the moment you tap. Selective masking with Vision. One-tap Subject, Person, Background, and Sky masks — on-device, no cloud. Apply local exposure, colour and sharpness adjustments through the detected region. Sky uses an on-device heuristic and works best on outdoor photos with a clear horizon. Self-timer and Burst. 3s / 10s countdown with a viewfinder readout and haptic ticks; hold the hardware shutter for rapid-fire capture. Favorites for your LUTs. Long-press any user filter to favorite — favorites pin to the front of the strip with a star badge. Custom focal length indicator. Pinch to a non-preset zoom and the lens chip now reads ×1.3 (or whatever) instead of silently showing the nearest preset. AE/AF lock hint in the Pro Mode card — points you at the iOS Settings → Camera Control → Light Press toggle that turns a half-press into a DSLR-style focus + exposure lock (iOS 18.2+). Bug fixes. • Manual mode no longer drifts — ISO and shutter now actually lock when you switch to Manual. • Switching back to Auto fully resets focus and white balance, not just exposure. • Tapping Default while a user LUT is active now correctly clears it. • Your manual exposure values (ISO, shutter, EV, white balance, focus, lens, focal length) now persist across launches. Privacy unchanged. Everything runs on-device. No cloud, no analytics, no accounts.

  • 1.1.2

What's New in 1.1.4 • Lock-screen camera reaches full parity with the main app. Every manual control (ISO, shutter, focus, white balance), lens picker, shooting modes, histograms, settings drawer — all available before you unlock. Trailing slot swaps from the gallery thumb to an "Open in Acetate" button. • "Saving…" / "Saved" toast now appears on the main app camera too, matching the locked-camera behaviour. • Bug fixes
