5/5LOVE IT SO FAR!
We desperately needed our sales team to be mobile. We’ve been chained to our internal server hosting QuickBooks Enterprise for years. While we lose a little functionality (mainly reporting) with Zoho from our current solution, I believe the benefits far outweigh every other online solution on the market. (And, I really think I just need to finish connecting the other apps to add custom solutions to the platform so that all the missing pieces are corrected.) Here’s the programs I compared: QuickBooks Online, Now Commerce, Pepperi, Sales Force, Sage, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce, Shop Keep, Xero, Dear Inventory, Central, Volusion, Solidify, Sales Binder, NetSuite, TradeGecko, and Handshake. Maybe more, but I just searched my notes quickly to list them all. Seriously, it was an exhausting process, and I’m so glad to now have something that our team can invoice from and see customer specific pricing in the field (specific customer, specific items). We don’t really sell online, but I was looking for any solution that would have given them the mobile access they needed, thus the commerce programs in the search above. If you’re moving away from something more robust than, say QuickBooks Online or Xero, definitely opt for the Zoho One version to get the collection of apps that sync together. If you just need the basics, then I believe Zoho Finance would cover you (which includes Zoho Inventory). I’m excited to see how this all works out in the end, but I definitely feel like we made the right choice. Thanks Zoho for a great platform at affordable pricing!

5/5Best SMB Software
Switched from Quickbooks as they became notorious for holding funds for weeks and months. WOW! This is like Zoho listened to all the user feedback on the Quickbook forums and did what everyone was asking. The best feature is the customer portal and the ability to have a custom url. We get complemented all the time on our quotes and invoices. And can’t leave out we have SALES ORDERS. Something Quickbooks in all their high and mighty wisdom got rid of. We find there is a common theme with Zoho and it’s they just listen to their customers. My only negative would be it takes around 24 hours for bank feeds to update vs Quickbooks is almost live time. Otherwise all together we find Zoho Books to be a much more comprehensive and intuitive accounting software with more features that make your business look professional.

5/5New to Zoho
I have yet to use the software as I ran into a issue between downloading multiple Zoho apps. I reached out to the customer service team and actually got a response! They called me same day and advised of how to resolve the problem! This was part of the email I sent back to the team after the call! I am impressed by your customer service thus far and was very surprised by having a rep reach out to me directly to address my issues. This is a high level of customer retention service and I look forward to exclusively using Zoho for my small business needs, thank you!!!

3/5Needs a Watch complication!
This could be five stars with just a couple of improvements. First, there is no Apple Watch complication! Since a timer is part of the app, having that complication is crucial. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten to stop my timer because I have no indication that it’s running when I look at my watch. Second, the screen shot on the App Store shows that the app says “Hi [name],” at the top, but mine never shows my name, just a space where my name should be—so it’s “Hi ,” with a space before the comma, which drives me nuts (I’m an editor). I’d rather it just said nothing at the top than making me look at an error every time I open it. It would also be nice to see the option to clock in/out at a different time than the current time, as seen in apps like HoursTracker, for those time when you realize you forgot to clock in/out.

5/5Much Better Than QuickBooks
This review is about the web app and the mobile app. We've been using Zoho Books for a few years since we switched from Quick Books. It offers much more features and customizations that we could only dream of with QB. The user interface is user-friendly and intuitive. The automation possibilities and ability to create custom functionality and workflows makes Zoho Books powerful accounting system that reduces our cost and increase productivity. The integration with Zoho CRM and other apps on the Zoho platform empower our business and provides us with great tools to run the business. The mobile app is a smaller version of the web app but is still providing the important and critical functionality. We recently started to test the Siri integration where you can add custom shortcuts for creating estimates, invoices and other modules by talking to Siri. It looks promising so far.
