   You need to improve the satellite location information on this app. Two days in a row I have tried to use this app and it is telling me that it cannot get a signal when all the other apps on my phone work perfectly fine. Today, I was trying to book a taxi from my city center Masdar (which does not even come up in your app as a location). The app was just spinning and spinning not giving me a driver. The information desk at my city center Masdar was kind enough to call me a taxi. While your app was spinning and spinning not giving me a driver. I then hit cancel on your app and it would not let me cancel. I closed the app and then two drivers show up. One saying I had booked him on the app and telling me my name and information when his information never showed up on my app. I can’t even submit this review in your app right now because it says there is no connection each time I hit submit.

2. 4/5When it works, it is great!

   Most of the time this is a great app. Very easy to use and convenient. The major issue is that the payment part of the app goes down too often. If it’s down you have to have cash and the drivers don’t always have change. Especially first thing in the morning.

3. 2/5No taxis available, but a taxi shows up at my house

   I have never had issues with this app. But recently, for 4 consecutive days whenever trying to make a booking, I get the notification that “there are no taxis in my area, or my booking was unsuccessful, I should try again” I tried ti book again, and said the same thing After 10 minutes two taxi drivers were calling me yo let me know they were waiting outside. Now when I walk out I don’t know which taxi to take and the drivers are fighting.! Can you sort this issue out.

4. 2/5It works, but not well

   While the app does successfully pair riders with drivers, the location tool doesn’t seem to function well. Each time I use the app, I need to call the driver to give accurate directions because the app also doesn’t provide them with a clear pick-up point. The map picture isn’t very clear, and the live location of the driver takes longer than other car-hailing apps to update. My travel partner was unable to cancel rides after booking.

5. 1/5Absolutely useless app, I cannot register with my Saudi Arabian number

   Why can’t you allow registering with other phone numbers from all around the world? United Arab Emirates trying to do anything to attract more tourist and only number I can use is UAE. This is absolutely wrong I cannot register even with my Saudi Arabian phone number. I need to order Taxi for my wife and baby to go from the airport to zoo and back and this is impossible. Your phone numbers are not working as well …. unbelievable
