Can’t get rid of notifications banner when I have none active

2/5Would like it more but for the adds and pop-ups
Every time we get a notification that there is news from the WWSB app we click on it. Only to find long running adds that take (seemingly) a long time to get through, only to not find the story they say is news. Most recently are pop-up screen grabbing spam that I have to close out the app to get rid of. Love the WWSB weather app and am beginning to hate the WWSB news app.

2/5Continuing problems with frozen pagy
I deleted the app a couple weeks ago, but when I reinstalled it, there are still technical issues. When I open it, it won’t let me give my answers to the the tracking questions, keeps freezing and I can’t do anything else. Hope that you guys get the problems fixed. Your station is great!

1/5App is okay, but...
The stories in this app are not written by journalists. The app is okay but there is rarely a story written and posted in the app that doesn’t have multiple typographical errors. If the people writing these stories were true journalists, they are doing a disservice to the profession. If there are editors or proofreaders that are allowing this to continue, they should be replaced. It would serve you well to think about students who have an interest in journalism who read your stories and see how unprofessional you are in what you allow to be seen online. You are doing a disservice to future journalists everywhere.

Lots of ads that trap you before you can move on to see “news”. News provided is often not “local” information, I’m not interested in dad to day goings on in Tallahassee or other areas of FL.
