"body": "للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جدًا مع هذه المنصة. مدة الدرس كانت أقل بكثير من المتفق عليه، حيث أن المدرس أنهى الحصة قبل وقتها بدون إكمال المدة المحددة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تغير أسلوب التعامل بعد الدفع، ولم يتم الرد على رسائلي عند محاولة التواصل مع الدعم، وهذا تصرف غير احترافي إطلاقًا. الأمر الأكثر استغرابًا هو أنه طالما أن أغلب المعلمين يحتسبون الحصة الواحدة بقيمة عدة حصص (تصل إلى 5 حصص)، فلماذا يتم وضع خطة تعليمية بمدة وعدد حصص محددة من الأساس؟ هذا يدل على عدم وضوح في النظام وعدم مصداقية في تقديم الخدمة. بناءً على ذلك، لا أنصح باستخدام هذه المنصة، وأطالب باسترجاع كامل المبلغ.",
