I paid a year subscription. After about a month of inactivity, I tried to login in…..it informed me that my subscription needed to be renewed. I called and they said since I didn’t have my order number…I would have to pay to renew again. After a few months of looking for something totally different…I found my receipt. I called to inform them….suddenly the call dropped and they never picked up again. I sent an email as well-got no response. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. It was great when it was working.

5/5Easy to use
This app is my go to when I need to quickly look something up. I love how each disease is categorized with quick description, presentation, testing and treatment options, different differentials, and even ICD nine codes . I also love the algorithms. The app app is very user-friendly and I highly recommend.

1/5Unbound do not use
I have had many of their products in last few years at about 60 an app. iOS 11 comes along and they are the ONLY app publisher that didn’t update their product to work in iOS 11. Their solution - rebuy every app to the updated iOS app. I bought the standalone non subscription app to prevent downstream costs with a huge upfront cost. Egg on my face huh. Unbound had 2 years to update all their apps but chose to gouge their customer base!

I have used this on the run for over 12 years and found it succinct and very informative- just enough info at just the right moment. But if you don’t have the exact spelling it can be frustrating. It is not intuitive- which would be helpful.

This is by far the best medical app I’ve used. It’s all summarized and the knowledge is accurate. Use it in my FNP practice q day. Thank you 5 minute!
