1. 2/5Terrible ux and scary to use

   I had no choice but to download this app despite terrible rating because korail web site payment screen was broken. Problems to be fixed: 1. 8 middle digits of credit card needs to be entered via app provided “soft keyboard”. Only Korean web sites do this!! This is a fake security and serves no purpose 2. You have to create password but only using numbers! Who does this!? Allow normal password. 3. Even though email is captured, there is no confirmation email sent out after purchase. This is very scary for users to receive no email!!!! 4. When you log into the app there is no record of your purchase!! This is also scary!! You have to enter your email address and other information to pull up your order record. Omg. Why!?! Just give this app proper login / authentication!

2. 3/5Third time is a charm?

   I tried to buy two tickets using the app but the first two times there was an error. I waited a few days to make sure my card wasn’t charged and then tried again and it worked! With the password I made I could easily view the tickets and I screen shot them just in case. I also received an email confirmation. Maybe the first two times were my error or maybe the app was malfunctioning?

3. 3/5Needs update for 16 pro max

   The purchase of tickets and usability is all good. But the screen goes up too far so I cannot use the menu button easily on the top. The app photos show the top options below the black oval on an iPhone. But my iPhone 16 pro max has it all the way to the top. Causes a little panic when you can’t access the menu for trying to show your ticket. A simple update to access the top of the screen would be great.

4. 2/5Unusable Pay Interface

   Expats, stick with the browser website. The app’s pay interface gives me a blank white screen every time I’m about to finalize my payment. I use a Foreign VISA card that works fine. I pay over the browser site and get my ticket # 1st try 🤯 I don’t see the point of the app until the interface’s fixed

5. 1/5The worst UX ever. Who is the dev for this terrible app? They should get fired seriously.

   If I can give a zero star I would. The app won’t let you buy a ticket on guest mode. The English version is also completely different. Even a native Korean can’t order a ticket on the app. Get real developers to build something that works. It’s a shame that this app represents the high tech and advanced Korean engineering that Korail is. Fire the team and the directors who let this app go live.
