  1. 5/5I recommend this to my friends

My favorite part of the free app is that I can adjust the workout exercises to suite my particular needs and that I can repeat days over and over. I’m unable to get to the gym on a consistent routine basis. Sometimes this sets me back with my fitness goals. So I have to go back a few days to build back up my losses without injuring/killing myself. I also have some limitations so if I need to avoid lunges or squats one day, I can select a different exercise to avoid pain in my knees. I love that I can use an easy, intermediate, or advanced option, but if I need to replace an exercise I’m still offered three levels of replacements. So if an exercise is super easy, I have the option to change it to a more challenging one - or vice versa. The ads aren’t so annoying and do not interrupt the session at all. I’ve really enjoyed this app and haven’t found another free app that compares. So many more nice features I haven’t mentioned too. I recommend it to everyone starting to work out on their own.

  2. 3/5Worked Well For a Bit, But Overall Too Inconsistent

I've had this app for about 2 months now. In the beginning, I was really enjoying it, but after having to continuously try new hardness modes after about halfway through, I'm getting irritated. The overall difficulty and time of the workout seems to stay the same or very gradually increase for about 10-15 days. This is what I need, as I base my workouts off of the time they take since I'm very busy and adjust difficulty with tips the app gives, like adding dumbbells. However, once I reach that 10-15 day mark, the difficulty and time span is DRAMATICALLY increasing. A workout listed as 10-16 minutes would go up to 19-28 (almost double the time) in a single day. I've tried Hard 1, Hard 2, Medium 1, and Medium 2 for the full body workout and this has happened every time. I am a full time college student and work out before I shower in the mornings, so when I budget 10-20 minutes for a workout, that is all I have, and suddenly increasing the workout by double the time leaves me scrambling with my schedule to find a way not to be late and work out. Overall, the app is okay and I like that you can customize the workouts, but after switching 4 different modes just to maintain the same time frame, I'm going to have to at least start to look for another app that can be more consistent.

  3. 1/5Not the best

I am unhappy with the functionality of the app simply because it does not allow for a lot of adjustments with the routines. Would rather be provided a routine that I could omit certain moves (for example, I have hip problems, some moves are not great for that) while maybe doubling up on other moves that work well to target the area I am trying to work on. I just think more flexibility would be good so there is not so much skipping to the next move or even a way to get rid of the long wait times in between so there doesn’t have to be so much phone interaction during the workout. I like to keep movement going not rest in between every round of moves?? I also was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as the 7 day trial was up which is ridiculous. No other app does that right out the gate. I have tried to reach out to them MULTIPLE times for a refund and have gotten no response. Had to track down the developer and send them an email. We’ll see how it goes. Very upset there has been no response and I am not using the app and won’t be using it because it simply does not work for me. I would have but the bullet on a monthly subscription of $10 but a $70 yearly subscription that I’m not going to use is just not in my budget. I recommend setting your subscription charge ahead of time if you really like the app or make sure you unsubscribe from the free trial before that charge hits. I am very dissatisfied in this app and those who moderate/monitor it. Maybe this review and rating will catch their eye 🙄

  4. 5/5THIS APP IS GREAT

The main reason I got the app in the first place was because i felt a little upset about my weight for my age but once I got the app, it has been so helpful so far!!! So too be honest when I started the app I was nervous that the first few workouts would be too hard. I started and yes they were a little hard but it wasn’t that bad! I knew that when I started out the workout are a little hard but I know that it will be worth it in the end Another reason I got this app and I RECOMMEND IT is because some other workout apps basically don’t let you use the app unless you pay for it. For example I got a different app but it had the same exact concept as this app does. So I open the app ready to start any sort of beginner workout and right when I load to the main screen of the app BOOP!!!, I’m at that page that basically says “ OOPSIE DAISY!!! SORRY YOU CANT WORKOUT IF YOU CANT FRICKEN PAY!! OH YOUR POOR? NOT MY PROBLEM! ” (ok I know I was over exaggerating with this but that’s how I see those “ BUY NOW “ adds ya know?) Anyway I could not any workout unless I payed and that’s not fair!! Oh god I’m so sorry I know this is a review but I just needed to let that out sorry😅 Anyway, get this app and I PROMISE it will do you good! Also did I mention that this app has a alarm where you can put a certain time when you wanna workout then the app will notify you!! (that’s pretty great if you ask me!) But no seriously all jokes and vents aside this app it really great and it is helping me a lot so I hope this help you too!!😊

  5. 5/5Read before downloading!

I really love this app so far because it lets you have the option of having hard or easy. If you want abs then you can select that kind of area to work on. Want really good biceps? Then focus on that area more if you wanted to. I haven’t gotten the plan but I am sure of thinking about it. If you feel like workouts are to easy, then select hard mode and do multiple days. I really like how you have to progress more into the days to unlock them so you just don’t cheat the system (smart way how devs did their app). If you feel like doing a light but not too hard workout, then go easy mode. No matter what if you need to squeeze in a quick workout before or after work, then download this app. (Don’t have to buy the plan until you really like the app). I’m hoping that I can get abs by June! DOWNLOAD NOW FOR A WUCIK WORKOUT!!!
