"body": "My first time in 2nd & Charles today and I loved the store and found a few books for my kids reading log. Downloaded the app and it’s needs some work. I signed in and I loved how it was very straight forward about the points, even though my purchase today wasn’t taken into account. I keep getting a notice every time I open the app to “ please update to latest version to continue usage” even though it’s already updated. It would be awesome if they could add a option to scan your receipts after if they don’t do it at checkout.",

"body": "Solid for tracking points but that’s kinda all it does. Add a reading tracker and a friend’s/reviews section and I’m IN! At minimum the reading tracker would make it a bit more worthwhile. Nice to keep track of my points though",

"body": "Someone needs to do something about this app. I receive emails and promotions from 2nd and Charles. Recently received an offer of $5 off if I download the app. I download and try to sign up and it tells me I already have an account. I do not. But I try the I forgot my password anyway. It sends me the reset password link - 9 TIMES - and every time I get “link inactive”. I create a new account but the can’t redeem my reward. Tapped the app support and it only takes me to the store’s main website. This app does not work.",

"body": "I have downloaded and attempted to sign into the app multiple times and all I see is a white screen after the signin process. (The app appears to allow my signin)Yes I have deleted the app, also redownloading as well. I’ve even went so far as to reset my password to no avail. Would love to be able to have access to the app as I am a very frequent shopper of the store. Please have someone look into an rectify this issue.",
