"title": "Very bad customer service and fraudulent refund process",
"body": "I booked tickets for my in law from India to US through Etihad for Apr. Etihad cancelled their flight due to COVID-19. When I spoke to Etihad customer care they mentioned refund amount will be around INR 60K out INR 80K which I spent for booking. Yatra never responded to my mails. I was following up with them form more than 1.5 months. I had to cancel tickets from Yatra site to know refund amount. When I saw the refund amount from Yatra which was around INR 48K, I felt cheated. First of all customer service of Yatra is pathetic. You can understand the frustration if someone doesn’t respond for more than 1.5 months. Second, the refund amount due COVID-19 flight cancellations is fraudulent. I sincerely ask people to book flight tickets through direct airline portal instead third party frauds like Yatra.",

"title": "Bad experience in hotel",
"body": "Booked Park Elanza in Chennai. One of the worst stays in recent travels. Paid 4* prices and got -10* treatment. Rooms are small, smells bad, my luck favored that day and water pump broke and there is no water till 11 am in the morning. Imagine how I handled the morning rituals. No conversation about refund , disciunt etc. would have been a horrible experience if I would have stayed with family. Finished my visit and emailed Yatra , the answer is “you should have contacted us during the stay and not afterwards “. Wish there is a some empathy on the problem and some action with the hotel. Switched to another travel site while my trip in India.",

"body": "I tried to book a ticket from Kolkata to Pune for my mom. The money got deducted from my account while trying to book the ticket. But after the transaction was complete it was showing the booking is canceled however the money was already deducted from my bank account. I tried to chat with the personal in “chat with us” and was not helpful at all. There is no phone number provided with whom I can talk to and resolve the issue. Extremely inconvenient and non-user friendly service.",

"body": "I booked few tickets with yatra but those tickets were canceled by airline due to COVID situation in India. Airline refunded money really quick to Yatra but Yatra didn’t refund until i followed many times(still some refunds are pending but they are not responding). Also in every refund they deducted some amount in the name of service charges and convenience fees. I had booked some other flights directly with Airlines also and they refunded really quick in my account without any deductions. Would not recommend doing any transactions with yatra.",
