2. 4/5Its a good so far but i face problem

   This is my first time to use this app and i book the flights but i faced problem when i book the cheapest price of the flight i choose, i am in payment method already and give already my credit card information when suddenly said that the flight i choose is already not available, i was in panic already, but i try to calm myself, and try another one, the second cheapest flight, and its already worked, i finally booked my flight, but for now i did not yet use my booked flight because its on december, i noticed that the name of airport only was stated without terminal number 1,2 or 3. I an quit confused where to go for my departure, Hopefully next time my booking the itinerary will already stated the number of certain airports if theres any, for us to know where we go to our departure. But so far its ok i will wait my booked flight to use it, hopefully i will not face any problem during my boarding.

4. 1/5Won’t give me a refund for my ticket

   I purchased a ticket on June 9th for a flight from Damascus to Los Angeles scheduled to depart on June 18th. On June 17th, I contacted wego after Qatar airways canceled my ticket due to the conflict between Iran and Israel. I was told that it would take 3 days to receive a confirmation email and 15–20 days for the refund to be processed. After a week without receiving any confirmation, I called back and was told they would simply refund me within 20 days. I also reached out to them via WhatsApp and received the same response, they kept saying the refund would be issued in 20 days. It has now been 17 days, and when I called again today, I was told the same thing: I would receive the refund in 15–20 days. I requested a written email confirming the refund for documentation purposes, but the representative told me the call was being recorded. I responded that the recording is for their records, not mine, but she continued repeating the same message about the 15–20 day refund timeframe. At this point, I’m not sure what else I can do. I’ve called three times and contacted them on WhatsApp, but I’m still being told the same thing with no written confirmation.

   This company is a complete scam. They advertise fake, impossibly low airfares to trick U.S. customers into booking. Once you enter your personal and credit card details, they call to say the ticket is “no longer available” and then try to charge you three times the original price. They are collecting personal data of U.S. residents — including full name, date of birth, address, and credit card information — under false pretenses. Immediately after booking, you’ll start seeing unauthorized credit card charges or alerts. These scamsters are sitting in India and using platforms like Wego to prey on unsuspecting travelers. Wego is directly enabling this fraud by giving them visibility and legitimacy on their site. This is criminal activity — plain and simple. They must be reported, shut down, and prosecuted for identity theft and online fraud. U.S. residents should never provide any information or payment to this fraudulent operator. Wego must immediately remove this scam company from its listings and take responsibility for facilitating these crimes.

   worst experience ever!!!!!my flight get cancelled.the flight company informed me that they refund money to wego.then when i contacted wego they told me to contact the flight company.what a shame!!! very unprofessional
