Great app, Would be good if home page had quick links to the events you want to track. When an event is popular and it’s hard to get tickets, every time you click your notification and no tickets are left, you press home when you really want to go to the event page.

1/5Terrible experience & nonexistent customer service
Last night I purchased a ticket on this app for Romeo & Juliet at the Duke of York's theatre. I went to the box office today to confirm that the ticket would work for tonight's showing of the play since there wasn't a date listed on the ticket, and they said the ticket was not valid. I spent 140 pounds on this ticket only to find out it was expired and used on July 2nd when I purchased it on July 4th. If this issue cannot be resolved, I want to be reimbursed in full for the price of my ticket. I'm only in London for one more night and can't exchange my ticket for another date. I had reservations about using this service before my purchase but was assured from other customers that TicketSwap was legitimate and protects the purchases of each ticket buyer. However, I have tried calling their customer service number multiple times and cannot contact the seller of my ticket or any representative each time I try to open a case on the app or website. Avoid this app at all costs as it’s just another scam for third party ticket vendors. I just want a resolution to this issue and am incredibly frustrated and disappointed that I have yet to make contact with anyone from TicketSwap about my case so I have no choice but to leave a review here.

2/5Great Concept, ZERO HUMAN SUPPORT TEAM
While using the app, for the first time, every single listing looks like an individual listing with the subject and the description. I purchased tickets, assuming it was five tickets when in actuality, if you look at the light Gray / 1 ticket under the dollar amount in a smaller font, you’d find out if it’s per ticket. It should be far more clear in the subject that it’s per ticket. This is especially important when people are rushing to get extremely desire tickets. I’m now having issues reselling the tickets because it’s not accepting my checking account and support is non existent when the app reroute me to contact support with zero contact information. When going to the help guide, you are speaking with an AI that will not connect you with any human representative when it’s incapable to answer your questions. Be careful when using this app. The potential is there but there needs to be human representatives, more clarification in the app, and bug fixes within the menus.

3/5Great app, but some improvements could help
I love the concept of this app and it worked perfectly the one time I have used it to sell tickets so far. However, I think it’s missing two things: an option to save listings / tickets for later, in case you are not ready to buy a ticket yet but want to come back to the event page later. And secondly, a way to sort search results by date. For example, if you search for tickets for the weekend, being able to look at a specific day at a time, or being able to set a custom date range in the search. Other than these missing functionalities it’s a great app!

5/5Great, convenient app!
Stumbled across this app unexpectedly and was really impressed with the results. Bought one ticket for sold out pool party and sold two tickets for a friend as well. Very happy :) Did have a minor issue when the ticket was scanned sine it was ticket 2/2 but they were able to confirm ticket 1/2 was scan and not ticket 2/2. Will definitely use again.

To anyone who sold a ticket and say they haven't received the money, I've found the solution: happened to me as well but upon contacting my local bank they've let me know that the refund was made in euro and sent to my sub-account which uses euro currency (I'm from a EU country but without euro currency). Try contacting your local bank. Still giving them only 2 stars because of the unavailability of human contact (only AI bots) and because there's no info about how to avoid such situations.

They recently implemented a feature that enables organisers to set the minimum resale price. Completely destroys my use-case. There are events at which im willing to pay 100% of the price, and others I'll only visit if the price is right. For many festivals and events the original ticketprice is too expensive but at half price or whatever it may be worth it for me. for 80% of the original price this app has very little use for me anymore. You ruined one of my favorite apps. bye see you never

          "body": "To anyone who sold a ticket and say they haven't received the money, I've found the solution: happened to me as well but upon contacting my local bank they've let me know that the refund was made in euro and sent to my sub-account which uses euro currency (I'm from a EU country but without euro currency). Try contacting your local bank. Still giving them only 2 stars because of the unavailability of human contact (only AI bots) and because there's no info about how to avoid such situations.",

There are events at which im willing to pay 100% of the price, and others I'll only visit if the price is right. For many festivals and events the original ticketprice is too expensive but at half price or whatever it may be worth it for me. for 80% of the original price this app has very little use for me anymore. You ruined one of my favorite apps. bye see you never",
