"body": "I honestly don't think there is an airline out there with a website or mobile app as ridiculous as this. You select the US country code (+1) for your phone number, but the app automatically registers it as Canada, and it is completely impossible to fix. Because of this, the check-in process gets stuck and you can't move forward. But surprise, surprise—if you pay a 5 Euro fee, customer service will gladly complete the online check-in for you. How lovely, right?!",
