1. 5/5Scamming company, terrible quality clothing and bad costumer service

   I received the wrong item, and when I processed my return I specified with their return options that the wrong item was sent. Then I shipped their item back and they refuse to give me my money because now that they have the item, they need a photo of the incorrect product they sent me. I’ve never had such terrible service. I’ve gone back and forth until the man said this: “Hi Martha, Thanks for sending that, however, upon consulting to our manager I was advise to ask for the picture of the incorrect item you received and since you can't provide a picture as you already return the item back to us I am unable to process a refund for this incorrect item too. If you discover that your Product is incorrect when you received it, we may request evidence, such as images of the incorrect item, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs. Marivic Customer Services Pretty Little Thing” To which I replied: Actually you did not request a photo until now that I do not have the product. If you needed a photo I should have been prompted to do so as I was making the return. And you should fix your site if thats the case. As I selected that I had received the wrong item as the reason for the return. You are scamming people if you are sending the incorrect product and expecting for me to pay for it. If you cannot send me my money I would like the correct item which I paid for. This is very wrong for a company this large to be stealing money from your customers. It is my money your company cannot refund me because your staff sent the wrong product. And I sent it in the same bag it was received. I am disgusted that this is an issue. I was honest in sending back your product but you can’t give me my money back?? I’d love to speak to someone else if you refuse to help me. No wonder you guys do not have a phone number for contact. You just wanna take whatever you can from your customers, very low and dishonest. Good luck if you order from them

   I've been a loyal shopper of Pretty Little Things for the past seven months, and I genuinely adore both their clothing selections and the user-friendly app. The styles are trendy and often just what I'm looking for! However, there is one aspect that I believe could use some improvement: the fit of the cups in dresses and corsets. To give you some context, I typically wear sizes between 3X and 5X, and my bra size is 48DDD. This creates a real challenge when I want to purchase a beautiful dress for special occasions, such as my recent birthday. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue this year when I decided to go up a size due to fluctuations in my weight. I picked out a stunning dress that I was excited about, but when I tried it on, I found that the cups were far too small for my chest, which made it uncomfortable. Throughout the entire evening, I struggled with the dress sliding down constantly, which was quite embarrassing. I ultimately had to change into a different dress altogether because I couldn’t enjoy the evening with my dress constantly falling. It’s disappointing because I know there's great potential for these pieces; they just need to cater better to those of us with larger cup sizes. I hope Pretty Little Things considers making adjustments to the cup sizes in their dresses and corsets so that people like me can fully enjoy their fabulous collections without these fitting issues. But Pretty Little Things is a great clothing line and app 💗💗

3. 4/5Wishlist/shopping cart

   My biggest complaint is stuff disappearing in the wish list and/or shopping cart. I like the wish list to favorite things for when I buy later, and at first I thought maybe it disappears if you don’t add it to your cart in time or buy it. But then I noticed while using the app it would disappear as well as the shopping cart. Had almost $200 worth of clothing in the shopping cart and was ready to check out, I go to click shopping cart and everything was gone. I was so upset because I literally spent TWO hours picking stuff out. I got so frustrated that it did that I ended up not even ordering. 😕 Other than that delivery was actually pretty quick for previous orders, most of the clothes were fairly good quality except one of the small body suits was extremely too small and I’m petite. (Wasn’t a petite size body suit) and one of the crop tips fit but if you look the wrong way your nipple will be looking dead in the eye at someone because it’s so wide😂

4. 1/5Zero stars- worst customer service I’ve ever encountered

   Typically I do not write reviews but I have never had a worst experience with a company before. I ordered a package on October 15, paid for two day shipping. One part delivered but the second part went missing before it was delivered. Immediately I messaged the company for help- they told me to wait two days, it did not deliver. Then they told me to wait two more again, still nothing. They did this a few times then finally said give it a month until November 12. By the 6th the shipping services updated and said my package was not deliverable. I message immediately and they still tell me to wait until the 12th to ‘give the courier time.’ I do, then email their services again but then I am told to wait two more weeks until November 22 so they can give the courier time to look into it. Finally I email them after this date, get some semblance of a response making it sound like I will be refunded for my 10+ missing items. Just to be informed that I am outside of the window to get any refund or reshipment because you only have 14 days from when your items are delivered to open a case and find compensation. Make that make sense. This company pushed me off for days telling me to wait until I just so happened to be too far outside the window to be compensated. I will never order from here again. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any clothing service and they have completely lost my trust. 0/5 stars.

5. 1/5HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

   I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this website. When i received my package, only two pairs of shoes were in my package. The same day i received my package i contacted customer service to let them know that one of my items were not ship. I communicated with the robot they have which I'm guessing thats their excuse for customer service and that thing was no help. I even waited a couple more days to see if my item would have come separate and still nothing. So i searched for their official email and i emailed them letting them know that one of my items were not ship. 4 days later I’ve received an email from them asking if i could confirmed which item was missing. I confirmed that item, another 4 days have pass and still no response from them so i email them back asking for a refund because a week has pass and i still didn’t receive my shoes not only did i not received my shoes that i paid for but they took so long to resolve the problem that so many days went by. I never received my refund because they told me that my package was scanned through an automatic scanning method and that it was sent and that they couldn't send me a replacement either. I kept telling them I didn’t received it and only two pairs were in my package. I told them i even waited for a couple more days to see if it’ll come separate and after that they never emailed me back. It’s ridiculous how i paid my hard working money for something and don't get what i paid for and then claim they sent it when I'm telling them i never received it.
