5/5Easy to use and Invoice
There are so many features available on this great app that I don’t have a need for in my business, but I’m glad to know they’re there if I expand! Currently I’m a one-man-band. I’m nearing 60, so this app is appropriate for us older guys who might not be so tech savvy. And my consultancy work is fast, so I have my invoice done and submitted while I’m at the airport on the way home. No late invoicing on my end. It’s easy to keep my clients organized and their individual billing rates are easy to set up. Over the years I’ve been a user I’ve had a handful of issues that they always address and resolve. I tried many others but none of them came close to the functionality and ease of this app (not to mention the web version which I can access if my cel happens to have died.) I’ve used the web interface in hotel business centers, the desktop in lobbies, borrowed lap-tops, and even the occasional print shop/computer rental shop. So even if all my technology goes kaput, I can still get my money. I can’t recommend this app highly enough. It fits my needs perfectly.

5/5Great as a consulting invoicing system
They are always issuing new updates and new features. The program always runs smoothly, the invoices are easy to mail. Easy to adjust and look great. Everything is highly customizable, yet simple and intuitive to use. There are a few items I’d like to see enhanced. One would be the credit system’s integration with the time sheets. It would be nice if when a client has a prepaid credit the invoice for that client or project we’re to automatically take money from the credit and make a not on the credit bill which invoices the money has been applied to. Also, I would love for clients or projects to show more about how much they are billed, and owe (or have credit) in the timed invoice area. No app does everything, but this one has been the best and most flexible in dozens of different areas. Highly recommend.

2/5Such high hopes
I really loved this app for the almost two years I used it. It was easy, had a nice modern interface, allowed for time tracking, and multiple businesses, etc even on their most affordable upgrade. I remember having to upgrade to their next level from the base paid plan for some reason... At any rate was really irritated when I was on vacation and a client wanted an estimate / invoice same day and I tried creating one via the phone app and sending it, only for it to never go through. I started to notice lots of glitches that weren’t syncing and mirroring with the computer based app, and then to top it all off, wouldn’t work across all platforms towards the end of my use. It would state I was paid up on on the computer for example, only to have it kick me off the phone app and say my membership was expired. I’d try syncing it, rebuying it, downloading and deleting all of them and nothing. Not okay especially if I’m paying. I’ve switched over to Wave apps invoice which is free and has all but the time tracking. Hopefully I can trust this company or else I’m going to do this the old school way and create manual spreadsheets. Third times the charm I hope ! Best of luck to this company but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to make things work for them. Other way around.

5/5Best Invoicing Software
Like 2 years or more ago, i was using another invoicing software, but it did not sync well between my phone/ipad and my computers, then i found this one, and man what a change!! It’s all super easy and intuitive, what i would like to see in future updates is the possibility to add inventory and kits, lets say i have a product that needs 1x part A, 1x part B and 1x Part C, at the moment, there is no option to create a product that uses other products, lt has to be added as a new one, so it would be really good to have something like that, so that when you sell one, inventory from A,B and C get the parts deducted, other than that, it is awesome!!

4/5Couple Year’s Review
I came over to Moon Invoice when Totals fell into ghostware (at least on the Mac App Store) which must be four years ago now. I am on the Silver subscription as a freelancer needing only one business to keep track of. I rely solely on the invoice function, estimates and time tracking not so much. I did not have cross platform functionality with Totals which has been absolutely flawless during my entire time with Moon (iphone ipad and mbp). The only reason I do not rate Moon five stars is because, as far as I know, and this may have changed in an update, there is no way to associate a cost with a product. I would like a way to not count my expenses toward my total income. I highly recommend this invoice software.

          "body": "There are so many features available on this great app that I don’t have a need for in my business, but I’m glad to know they’re there if I expand! Currently I’m a one-man-band. I’m nearing 60, so this app is appropriate for us older guys who might not be so tech savvy. And my consultancy work is fast, so I have my invoice done and submitted while I’m at the airport on the way home. No late invoicing on my end. It’s easy to keep my clients organized and their individual billing rates are easy to set up. Over the years I’ve been a user I’ve had a handful of issues that they always address and resolve. I tried many others but none of them came close to the functionality and ease of this app (not to mention the web version which I can access if my cel happens to have died.) I’ve used the web interface in hotel business centers, the desktop in lobbies, borrowed lap-tops, and even the occasional print shop/computer rental shop. So even if all my technology goes kaput, I can still get my money. I can’t recommend this app highly enough. It fits my needs perfectly.",

          "body": "They are always issuing new updates and new features. The program always runs smoothly, the invoices are easy to mail. Easy to adjust and look great. Everything is highly customizable, yet simple and intuitive to use. There are a few items I’d like to see enhanced. One would be the credit system’s integration with the time sheets. It would be nice if when a client has a prepaid credit the invoice for that client or project we’re to automatically take money from the credit and make a not on the credit bill which invoices the money has been applied to. Also, I would love for clients or projects to show more about how much they are billed, and owe (or have credit) in the timed invoice area. No app does everything, but this one has been the best and most flexible in dozens of different areas. Highly recommend.",

          "body": "I really loved this app for the almost two years I used it. It was easy, had a nice modern interface, allowed for time tracking, and multiple businesses, etc even on their most affordable upgrade. I remember having to upgrade to their next level from the base paid plan for some reason... At any rate was really irritated when I was on vacation and a client wanted an estimate / invoice same day and I tried creating one via the phone app and sending it, only for it to never go through. I started to notice lots of glitches that weren’t syncing and mirroring with the computer based app, and then to top it all off, wouldn’t work across all platforms towards the end of my use. It would state I was paid up on on the computer for example, only to have it kick me off the phone app and say my membership was expired. I’d try syncing it, rebuying it, downloading and deleting all of them and nothing. Not okay especially if I’m paying. I’ve switched over to Wave apps invoice which is free and has all but the time tracking. Hopefully I can trust this company or else I’m going to do this the old school way and create manual spreadsheets. Third times the charm I hope ! Best of luck to this company but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to make things work for them. Other way around.",

It’s all super easy and intuitive, what i would like to see in future updates is the possibility to add inventory and kits, lets say i have a product that needs 1x part A, 1x part B and 1x Part C, at the moment, there is no option to create a product that uses other products, lt has to be added as a new one, so it would be really good to have something like that, so that when you sell one, inventory from A,B and C get the parts deducted, other than that, it is awesome!!",

          "body": "I came over to Moon Invoice when Totals fell into ghostware (at least on the Mac App Store) which must be four years ago now. I am on the Silver subscription as a freelancer needing only one business to keep track of. I rely solely on the invoice function, estimates and time tracking not so much. I did not have cross platform functionality with Totals which has been absolutely flawless during my entire time with Moon (iphone ipad and mbp). The only reason I do not rate Moon five stars is because, as far as I know, and this may have changed in an update, there is no way to associate a cost with a product. I would like a way to not count my expenses toward my total income. I highly recommend this invoice software.",
